This vineyard is planted mostly with Merlot with a small amount of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2 class=\"title\"\u003eViticulture\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSlightly over 5 hectares on soils ranging from sandy-loam to gravel located partially on a hillside. The yields at Château Treytins are limited by Double Guyot pruning as well as bud removal. Vinification in temperature controlled in stainless steal vats. Fermentation is followed by a long maceration.
