A 70g bar of Dominican Republic 68% dark chocolate with tasting notes of salted caramel and roasted hazelnuts, from single-origin chocolate makers Bare Bones. 

Bare Bones produce chocolate completely from scratch in their Glasgow city centre workshop, in micro-batches of around 30kg at a time. They use organically farmed cacao beans sourced from small co-operatives, roasted in a modified Giesen coffee roaster.
