A 70g bar of Madagascar 70% dark chocolate, with tasting notes of maple syrup, cherry & raspberry jam, from single-origin chocolate makers Bare Bones. 

Bare Bones produce chocolate completely from scratch in their Glasgow city centre workshop, in micro-batches of around 30kg at a time. They use organically farmed cacao beans sourced from small co-operatives, roasted in a modified Giesen coffee roaster.
