Bare Bones Chocolate - 70% Philippines Dark

A 70g bar of Philippines 70% dark chocolate - incredibly creamy and complex with taste notes of pecan pie and crème brûlée. It's vegan friendly but tastes like milk chocolate with its luxurious brown sugar tones.

Bare Bones produce chocolate completely from scratch in their Glasgow city centre workshop, in micro-batches of around 30kg at a time. They use organically farmed cacao beans sourced from small co-operatives, roasted in a modified Giesen coffee roaster.
