A 70g bar of Vietnam 80% dark chocolate with tasting notes of intense chocolate and dried mango, from single-origin chocolate makers Bare Bones in partnership with Ka Pao Restaurant, Glasgow.
Bare Bones produce chocolate completely from scratch in their Glasgow city centre workshop, in micro-batches of around 30kg at a time. They use organically farmed cacao beans sourced from small co-operatives, roasted in a modified Giesen coffee roaster.
