"Most common candles we buy in Britain are made from paraffin, which comes from the oil refinement process meaning we are burning fossil fuels in our own homes. They burn fast and create BTEX when burned, which are known carcinogens. The candles I've made are from 100% stearin. They burn clean and have a lovely, calm bright flame, and they last 7-8 hours."
