The range includes the Modella Prosecco with its stylish design and deliciously frothy, fruit filled character it is the perfect model of Prosecco.

Viticulture

The grapes for Bella Modella Prosecco hail from fantastic sites that have perfect exposure to the sun. Picking takes place early in the morning to preserve the acidity of the grapes. Specific trimming of grapes. Minimum fertilisation and use of chemicals.

Winemaking

Vinification without maceration of skins. Temperature controlled fermentation, kept between 18-22oC. Filtration and cooling of the wine to avoid malolactic.
